The SBHL offers Adult Men's (18+) Women's programs and Co-Ed programs.

Individual Registration is $199.00 plus HST

games are on monday nights
the league will build the teams 
all registrations will be individual
games will be played at point edward arena

(if there are enough registrations for
seperate men and womens divisions we will seperate them)
